Optimizing your business starts here

Your business has to deal with
Changed circumstances at company level
Have you lost your grip on the growth of your company or department due to a change in circumstances? Or is your company growing faster than you can currently handle yourself? Have you been acquired and is change necessary, for example, the restructuring of your company? Want to renew your mission & vision or perhaps they are missing?
Uncontrolled projects
Do you no longer have a grip on lead time, quality, scope or costs? Have you lost control of the projects?
Engineering issues
Does it take too long to develop (new) products? Is the competition ahead of you? Is the quality of your products lacking behind?
Imbalance between the speed of sales and then the rest of the organization
Do the orders keep coming but can't operations keep up? Or is your operation waiting and those orders that do not come through?
Resource (capacity) issues
Due to problems with employee capacity, you are temporarily looking for someone who can continue the daily business and perhaps innovate in some areas. When the best employee(s) is/are in the right place, you can scale down the interim capacity.

What I do
My focus is on supporting organizations, departments and individuals in realizing their ambitions. My support starts with a request for help, growth or change of the organization or the people themselves. Through my expertise and experience I can help organizations, departments and individuals to achieve their goals and realize ambitions.
My method is focused on having (or creating) a clear vision, strategy, clear structure, understandable processes and putting the right people in the right place. Because this ensures effectiveness, productivity and efficiency. These are the crucial aspects that are essential for the success of an organization or person.
Effectiveness is a measure of achieving results. It reflects delivery reliability, the ability to work on the right things and achieving results (goal orientation). The emphasis is on the customer and meeting their needs.
Productivity is the balance between results and effort (or sacrifices you have to make). Productivity is concerned with the behavior of employees and their ability to perform optimally.
Efficiency focuses on optimizing the use of resources (sacrifices). Efficiency provides insight into the performance of tasks, such as speed, working method and quality (doing things correctly). The emphasis is on controlling costs. My strength is using my knowledge of technology, operational excellence, customer intimacy, commerce, financial insight, lean & agile working.

How I work
My core values.
Having fun
Humor in the workplace is important. It provides moments of relaxation, it puts things into perspective, it connects people and promotes cooperation
Balance
Ensure balance in what you do. In order to grow as a person you must be balanced. If you are able to grow (or allow employees to grow), your company will grow with you.
Adaptability
Always keep learning new skills. “It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is the most adaptable to change.” – Charles Darwin

Trackrecord

Experience
At a manufacturer of waste collection solutions, I realized a productivity increase by 10%, in the assembly plant. This has been achieved, among other things, by replacing the line assembly process with cell assembly. I also changed the operational planning in Excel towards planning in ERP, based on available resources and materials.
“Tim is an excellent operational manager to analyze, optimize and, importantly, implement processes in steady-going companies.”
Bart van Nunen, COO GeesinkNorba
